- Own and strategically manage the Copado platform and Salesforce DevOps ecosystem, ensuring stability, scalability, and high adoption across development teams.
- Provide governance over DevOps pipelines and release management, driving efficient, reliable, and timely deployments while minimizing operational risk.
- Lead Copado configuration, customization, upgrades, and issue resolution, serving as the subject matter expert and escalation point for complex challenges.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to enable best‑in‑class DevOps practices, providing guidance, standards, and hands‑on support as needed.
- Continuously evaluate Salesforce DevOps innovations and industry best practices, proactively implementing enhancements to improve velocity, quality, and developer experience.
- Identify and drive opportunities for application optimization, redesign, and new development, aligning technical improvements with business priorities.
- Establish and maintain clear documentation, governance, and operating standards to support sustainable, repeatable delivery at scale.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining Copado implementations.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development and deployment processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years Salesforce DevOps Experience.
- Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Copado Certified Fundamentals I.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
