Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to analyze and refine requirements for Salesforce solutions
- Design and implement scalable components using Apex, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, and schedulers
- Ensure sufficient test coverage and code quality by writing effective unit and integration tests
- Participate in code and design reviews, offering constructive feedback and recommendations
- Lead delivery of small features or enhancements, including supporting documentation
- Investigate and resolve issues identified during regression testing or post-release support
- Provide coaching to junior developers on Salesforce platform capabilities and development best practices
- Work across functional teams to align on technical delivery and platform usage
- Support UAT and deployment activities, ensuring a smooth release cycle
- Assist with process improvements and contribute to internal development standards
- Occasionally provide out-of-hours support for critical incidents when needed
Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Apex development, including triggers, asynchronous processing, and platform limits
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and object relationships
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source control (GitHub), and CI/CD workflows
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex system issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional, international team.
- Ability to lead the implementation of features from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
