    Position Summary
    The Work Solutions Customer Acquisition Specialist is responsible for selling Citrix Work Solutions software to prospective customers in an assigned territory. This is a hunter & closer role, prospecting and hunting for net new logos with the goal of meeting and exceeding quota.

    Overview/Summary
    • Is a Citrix Work Collaboration solutions expert
    • Sources leads using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other similar sales tools
    • Prospects using SalesLoft, adhering to defined calls plans and strategies
    • Cultivates relationships to identify need, create demand, and drive the close
    • Manages pipeline to consistently meet and exceed sales quota
    • Maintains current prospecting notes and opportunity updates in Salesforce
    • Provides accurate pipeline estimates and sales forecasts
    • Meets and exceeds sales goals
    • Regularly presents product demonstrations


    Role And Responsibilities
    • Cultivate robust understanding of competitive work collaboration products
    • Communicate effectively in presentations, over the phone, and in writing
    • Identify new opportunities using basic consultative selling skills
    • Create demand, manage relationships, drive the close
    • Independently manage calendar, tasks, projects, and responsibilities
    • Develop deep knowledge of Citrix products and solutions


    Requirements
    • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience in Inside Sales or similar environment
    • Experience in selling solutions to financial, healthcare and/or legal verticals preferred
    • Experience identifying and working with C-level contacts preferred
    • Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
    • Technology/cloud solution sales a plus
    • Experience working with external channel partners preferred
    • Experience selling within SMB organizations (< 500>
