Job Description

Hoodoo Digital, a unique digital, and development consultancy based in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a talented, experienced `VP of Enterprise Platform Strategy and Development` to join our team. You should be energized and ready to delve into producing solutions for prospects and existing clients with the sales team as a multi-solution expert, with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud.

You will be working with the Solutions and Innovations team to support the sales team in building roadmaps and one-off solutions for our clients. You will be a strategic player on our team and need to articulate your well-thought-out strategies and tactics to others clearly, often presenting solutions to clients. 

Every day you can expect to:

  • Working closely w/ the Hoodoo & Adobe Sales teams:
  • Produce creative technical solutions to address clients needs
  • Assist with the generation of strategic roadmaps
  • Create proposals for prospects & clients
  • Demo products & solutions to prospects & clients
  • Scope effort to deliver proposed solutions
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy and offerings

To thrive in this role, you should have the following skills:

  • Ability to translate customer needs to technical solutions
  • Knowledge of Adobe offerings
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (Specifically some of the following; AEM Sites, Assets, Workfront, Analytics, Commerce, AEP)
  • Experience presenting to clients
  • Experience w/ Sales/pre-Sales

Expectations of this role for the first 90 days;

30 Days

  • Acclimate to Hoodoo, learn the tools and process, participate in proposals and pitches with the team to understand our approach

60 Days

  • Working with Sales team & Solutions and Innovation team, participate in client pitches and proposals
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings

90 Days

  • Working with the Sales team & Solutions and Innovation team, develop offerings and engagement models
  • Provide insight into how to mature the sales/pre-sales processes and approach

Hoodoo has a distributed office model, so hiring self-motivated people who can stay on track on their own, with limited oversight, is a must. Despite our office being in Salt Lake City, we are open to candidates located in other areas and working remote. Communication with our teams is handled through email, phone, and Slack. Must be flexible to work with organizations across multiple time zones.
