Summary
The VP of Commercial US is accountable for driving the growth and delivery of new and existing revenue in the iGaming division for the US Market. This role will drive the strategy for all new business opportunities and revenue growth for the iGaming business in the US. This role will also manage and grow the revenue and opportunities within existing accounts. The VP of Commercial US will also be responsible for government affairs and navigating through state legislations as new markets continue to open
What you'll do

  • Evangelize the power of our content and remote game server integration capability.
  • Identify opportunities and build a pipeline of prioritized deals focused on growing the US market and maximizing ROI.
  • Drive our new market expansion strategies while managing government relations and tracking new market regulations.
  • Manage and build a team of Commercial Account Managers to help deliver and drive annual quarterly targets for revenue and gross profit.
  • Drive new sales by identifying organic growth opportunities across the igaming and real money gaming ecosystem
  • Negotiate contracts with existing customers for further growth and up-sell opportunities of existing products and features.
  • Drive financial analysis models and set pricing strategies to maximize profit.
  • Develop and nurture C-level relationships across the industry to build long term partnerships with market-leading customers.
  • Develop and be accountable for KPI sales reports which can be used to track monthly and quarterly budget alignment.
  • Create new cross-team partnerships to drive collaboration and maximize the success and return across existing and new product.
  • Be a first-class presenter and ensure that the senior executive team receives detailed and insightful analysis of the market, commercial performance and the sales pipeline on a consistent basis.
  • Collect and provide market insights, collaborating with the iGaming Product Team to ensure the product requirements and product roadmap are in alignment with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with other Commercial Leaders on global sales initiatives.


What we're looking for

  • Innovative sales strategy development and pricing experience
  • Understanding of igaming player experiences and operators' business drivers
  • Solid understanding of the US real money gaming environment & legislative landscape
  • Excellent relationship and negotiation skills at C - level
  • A self-starter who manages their own time to deliver on the goals of the role
  • Ability to take direction yet be bold to articulate your own vision
  • Positive attitude, structured and thorough
  • Attention to detail an absolute must both in terms of appearance and working methods
  • Professional attitude and persona towards colleagues and external parties
  • Ability to build and sustain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • 10+ years in sales and/or strategy leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
  • 7+ years experience in gambling and igaming
  • Masters/Bachelors' degree or equivalent
