ExtraHop is currently seeking a Sales and Business Leader with a history of building high performing sales teams and delivering revenue in a highly competitive market. The focus for this appointment will be to drive growth for the Americas region.

The VP of Americas is a proven enterprise technology executive who has experience building strong customer-centric sales teams across a broad cross section of markets, channels and customer segments. As a 3rd-line manager, this leader can recruit, manage, lead and motivate a team of Sales Leaders across the region. This person will possess the ability to develop both individual contributors and management staff to achieve their career goals.

The VP of Americas will be a key member of the global executive leadership team and will partner with the global leaders of Professional Services, Channels, Operations, Marketing and others to drive ExtraHop’s growth in the Americas.

This individual will play a key role in driving significant, scaled growth.

Role:

  • Build and own the GTM strategy and business plan.
  • Build a scalable, high-performing sales organization to achieve significant annual growth.
  • Ensure sales excellence that is inclusive of business planning, territory planning, talent on boarding, account planning, large deal/account pursuits, and forecast accuracy and hygiene.
  • Ensure our continued customer success keeping in mind the complete customer lifecycle and ensuring our customers achieve tangible, measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive a culture that encourages professional excellence and fun to achieve personal career goals.
  • Ability to drive a partner strategy in line with global and regional initiatives
  • Be the Ambassador and Public Spokesperson for ExtraHop

Experience Required

  • 10 years of Sales Leadership
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise networking, analytics and cloud
  • Extensive track record of new business sales success including presentation and negotiation skills within Industry and at C Level
  • Strong success in recruiting, coaching and managing a performance-driven sales team
  • Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals
  • Experienced in driving sales processes and building effective working relationship with Sales Operations
  • Ability to understand the “bigger picture” and business drivers around IT
  • Ability to personally build long term strategic and senior level relationships
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and evolving environment
