Minimum qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in VDI and/or DaaS solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware, etc.).
• 3 years of experience in business development or partner management

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in engaging geographically dispersed teams
• Ability to innovate and navigate complexity in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for enterprise software and engaging with developer community

As a Virtualization Solutions Lead for Chrome Enterprise Ecosystem, you will have the opportunity to build and manage a portfolio of technology partners, build relationships with executive teams, and represent our Chrome Enterprise partner ecosystem for virtualization when engaging with a diverse set of Google teams. You will help define, shape, and grow a broad category of third-party virtualized solutions that work great on Chrome OS.

In this role, you will set strategic priorities for the team and communicate those priorities to stakeholders. You will work with Google employees and external partners globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts for the portfolio of virtualization partners whose solutions are critical to the success of Chrome OS and Chrome browser adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Partner Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to define strategies for partner ecosystems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align our strategies with virtualization solution providers and help drive execution.
• Engage with partners' executive leadership teams to align on joint vision and strategies.
