The Vice President of Sales will be leading a team of managers and Account Executives to build, shape, and drive best practices across the team and client sales lifecycle. This role includes responsibilities for all Account Executives’ activities and outcomes. You will report directly to the SVP of Facilities and work closely with other leaders across the organization to drive facility team growth.

You will...

  • Lead all aspects of a rapidly growing team and partner with the SVP of Facilities and team leaders to mentor and develop our phone-based Account Executives and their managers to their full potential
  • Craft overall sales strategy while providing counsel and input on go-to-market strategy and overall business evolution
  • Attract, coach, develop a world class Sales teamPartner with the National Expansion team to ensure there is a cohesive growth strategy in place to drive the opening of new markets
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and leading indicators and work with internal stakeholders and team leaders to continuously supervise, analyze, and optimize results
  • Establish SOPs best practices for account executives, the managers, for each stage of the sales process
  • Develop a hiring strategy and talent acquisition plan that will enable us to achieve daring growth objectives while maintaining quality of sales experience
  • Participate in the development and delivery of an initial account executive training program and ongoing skills developmentDevelop data driven feedback loops from the team to provide market, customer, and product insights
  • Collaborate with partners in sales operations, marketing, and clinician experience to continuously improve our account executive and client experience; help to define requirements and implement new sales tools, capabilities and processes
  • Constantly strive to raise the bar in terms of talent, execution, process design, goals, and incentives

You have...

  • 5-10 years of experience in roles building, scaling, and leading a sales function
  • Several years experience leading a team through management layers
  • Proven experience in building teams that leverage data to support the sales cycle and drive outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a transforming environment, ambiguity and building effective solutions that scale and work through in person and remote environments
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Strong passion for revenue and growth & empathy for customers
