We are looking for a passionate and self-driven VP of Sales to join us! This new role will be responsible for setting the strategy, direct contact with customers, and to initiate and develop relationships, which will ultimately generate sales. This is an exciting time to join a small but growing company.

Location: remote, anywhere in UTC-8 to UTC+3

What you will do:

  • Sales Development – Establish and deliver a strategy to land new customers with a mutual vision for expansion driving predictable YoY growth for FingerprintJS.
    • Work closely with the entire organization to drive revenue
    • Responsible for meeting sales targets and quotas in key targets and accounts
    • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from initial outbound inquiries through closing initial deal (working with team to structure deals)
    • Work independently to prospect, pursue, and close deals
  • Team management – Manage, recruit, and further develop a top tier sales team. Support your team in managing complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support.
  • Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with your peers in marketing, product, and recruiting to lead and/or support different strategic initiatives. Work closely with our CEO and senior leadership team, providing valuable advice to our global operations.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

  • At least 8 years leadership experience leading teams in strategic sales.
  • Strong background in a proven sales process such as MEDDPICC
  • Has overseen Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, Sales Engineering and BDR leadership in a previous role
  • Multiple repeatable proof points of recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining leaders and individual contributors that make-up a high performing enterprise sales organization.
  • Demonstrable progressive and consistent overachievements of selling to enterprise customers.
  • Experience in software sales, preferably with APIs and/or open source experience.
  • Someone who can shift from a strategic mindset to rolling up their sleeves and supporting the product implementation.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills; effective at delivering executive-level presentations.
