You will:

  • Serve as the Vice President of Sales Operations
  • Manage the Sales Training & Enablement team, Sales Operations and Sales Development teams
  • Provide leadership to the sales organization by implementing objectives that appropriately reflect the company’s business goals/OKRs
  • Facilitate successful launch of new products/services
  • Implement new processes to streamline and improve our sales motion
  • Oversee sales forecasting, planning, budgeting, commission plans, inside sales and overall commercialization and operationalizing of Viz sales and CS processes.

This candidate will be very comfortable working cross functionally and at the executive level.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and respond quickly to a rapidly changing environment
  • Detail oriented and able to effectively organize and manage multiple responsibilities
