Job Description
As a member of the Sales team, you will thrive at building relationships with the top brands in the country. The ideal candidate will work with sophisticated enterprises, enjoy pipeline generation, understand customer requirements, and determine how to solve problems for our clients.
The SVP, Enterprise Sales is responsible for leading a sales team in large enterprise complex sales to consistently hit or exceed sales targets, while building and motivating their team capabilities. This role is responsible for setting the sales strategy for their team across all targeted verticals. Driving new business and future pipelines, solutions and product positioning strategies to support sales enablement skills for all Sales Directors and Sr. Sales Directors who report to them.
Job Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation and execution of Interactions sales strategy and processes that will significantly increase new prospects and pipeline management, achieving revenue forecasts and meeting sales objectives across all verticals.
  • Build, develop and manage Interactions sales team to accelerate growth
  • Personally establish strong relationships with larger potential clients and existing customers, and lead strategic channel, licensing, and business development initiatives.
  • Oversee and drive sales activities and success of each vertical sales directors with a focus on pipeline development both short and long term to drive bookings growth
  • Successfully negotiate and close complex deals with appropriate targets, including contact center solutions, digital experiences and transformational customer experiences to large enterprises
  • Focus on process improvements that continue to improve our sales cycle and framework
    • How the Interactions solution portfolio can be most effectively applied for compelling business value.
  • Proactively collaborate with the pre-sales Solutions Consulting organization.
  • Quarterback the Marketing and Business Development teams to conceive and execute effective demand generation campaigns.
  • Partner with Account Management team to ensure smooth on-boarding of new accounts as well as transition of the relationship to account management
  • Responsible for effective articulation of Interactions' unique selling points and value proposition as well as a broad understanding of key market competitors.
  • Responsible for input and maintenance of sales data within Salesforce.com CRM.
  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in understanding Interactions' Products and Services.


Qualifications

  • Successful track record in Sales in both start-up environments and larger established companies
  • Ability to lead and navigate complex technical sales cycles in the enterprise space
  • Proven track record in leveraging the vendors/software suppliers organization in order to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to develop ROI for customers/prospects and ensure these ROI targets are met
  • Ability to sell to "C Level" but also work across an entire customer organization


Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Communications or closely related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant software/SaaS sales field experience including Large Enterprise Solution Sales experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in progressive sales leadership and customer facing team leadership
  • Demonstrated capability to develop, execute strategic and long range plans across a wide scope, within the organization
  • Ability to communicate detailed ROI and operational KPI impact analysis to cross-functional management audiences.
  • Must be an articulate communicator and instinctive listener.
  • Exceptional relationship builder.


Preferred

  • Domain Experience in Contact Center or AI preferred
  • Existing relationships with key executives in target Named Accounts.
  • Unwavering positive attitude and a good appropriate sense of humor.
