Treasury Mgmt Inside Sales Mgr
Description
Responsible for managing the Treasury Management Inside Sales group in the Business Banking segment. Responsible for executing a defined growth strategy for the respective segment. Cross sells bank services and acts as a liaison between various internal bank divisions and/or segments. Provides effective sales management and leadership in an effort to motivate, develop and support a team of sales professionals to generate new Treasury Management relationships and gain larger wallet share of existing relationships within the business segment. Develops strong internal partnerships and leverage for sales success. Maintains a high level of product knowledge and service. Effectively uses all tools to acquire new relationships as well as deepen existing relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Three or more years' Management experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- General knowledge of a wide variety of treasury management/cash management software, hardware and operating systems
