Our Gladiator services team is looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist to ensure that our newly signed customers have a smooth and successful experience. This individual works closely with our sales, implementation, and billing teams to ensure that new contracts are set up accurately and orders completed successfully, serving as a crucial linchpin in the process. The ideal candidate brings a keen eye for process and detail and enjoys interfacing with a wide variety of Jack Henry business units, allowing us to deliver the top-notch service our customers have come to expect.

This position can be based out of any Jack Henry office or remotely from any US location. Salary range will be $55-80k, depending on candidate experience and geographic location.

What you'll be responsible for:
• Responsible for configuring systems for proposals by reviewing information from sales, configuring the networks, and putting networking information into proposals with appropriate pricing. • Works with Network Engineers to explain customer expectations based on contracts. • Takes the proposals to the contract stage. Makes changes to proposals based on negotiations between sales and the customers. • Responsible for resolving errors in proposals in a timely manner. • Responsible for order processing by proof reading and verifying proposals to meet customer and Jack Henry system requirements. • Coordinates internal and external activities required to maintain high quality, low cost system supported products and solutions. • Maintains knowledge of available product offerings, and vendors, as well as sources of detailed information in order to provide information to Jack Henry personnel during product and vendor evaluations, responds to requests for product information, and goes to a manager to see when alternative products and vendors are necessary. • Maintains the proposal and quoting system, standard service pricing, and standard procedure documents. • Responds to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information) as required. • Participates in conference calls with sales reps and customers. • May perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in any of the following: contract administration, billing, IT support, or Salesforce. What would be nice for you to have:
• Bachelor's degree. • Excel pivot table experience. • Experience working with sales or implementation teams. • Cisco sales, A+, or other relevant certifications.
