As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with our customers to expand Abalta's business. You will also help with identifying new opportunities for our business.
Responsibilities:

Frequently communicate with customers, both in person and over the phone, to ensure needs are being met and uncover opportunities
Collaborate with the customer in a consultative role when eliciting their business and technical requirements
Able to translate complex technical issues into tangible software solutions
Advocate for the customer within Abalta's Project Management and Engineering teams
Help determine the future of sales and account management processes within the organization

Requirements

MUST be eligible to work in the US for any employer without any restrictions
Minimum BS degree
Experience in the embedded software development industry, the automotive industry, or custom software development consulting is highly desirable
Our customers are highly technical. Candidate must be fluent in software development practices, tools, and technology
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be self-motivated. Must be able to anticipate problems, spot new business opportunities and take a proactive approach to responsibilities
Have strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with both internal teams and customers
