About the Account Manager position
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
***The ideal candidate will have some technical background in order to be able to quote new sales in hardware and technology.

Account Manager responsibilities are:
Acting as a communication hub for clients/customers
Building long-term rapport with customers
Being able to negotiate contracts effectively
Resolving customer disputes and attending to inquiries
Providing reports on account
Finding opportunities to assist with the growth of the company
Developing ideas/strategies to help build a good relationship with clients
Quoting new sales to clients that are being managed
Account Manager requirements are:
Experience as an Account Manager or related profession
Excellent communication skills
Familiar with Connectwise and Quotewerks
Knowledgeable about delivering solutions based on customer needs
Ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
