POSITION SUMMARY
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) role is responsible for managing all aspects of the ModivCare / Client relationship as related to the Data Management portfolio of implementations, initiatives, projects, and deliverables. The position will support one or more large clients with an additional 20 to 30 small clients. The position will be a primary client point of contact and will partner with and support ModivCare's internal Account Management organization ensuring ModivCare is compliant to commitments and deliverables. Success in this role is dependent upon the creation and ongoing care of relationships with key client resources.
The position will demonstrate in depth knowledge of Data Management processes and deliverables and work with the client to ensure the correct solution is provided for each client request. The position will need to become familiar with healthcare and transportation data sets, ModivCare platform capabilities and workflow, as well as ModivCare technology offerings like LCAD, Circulation, Tableau, Business Objects, etc.
The role will require solid project management skills in support of the management of a large volume project portfolio (10 to 20 projects) for a given client. The position must be comfortable speaking to all levels of internal and client stakeholders including executive management and individual technical contributors. The position will be responsible for defining, enhancing, and following the Data Management project delivery process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Timely, clear, and meaningful daily management and communication of client project portfolio lifecycle (request through delivery)
- Ability to translate and facilitate client requests into clear and appropriate solutions leveraging appropriate Data Management resources
- Ability to manage the delivery of multiple concurrent time sensitive initiatives
- Ability to hold dependent organizations and resources, both internal and external, accountable to initiative supporting deliverables
- Contribution to and ongoing improvements of Data Management delivery processes
- Proactive management of client relationship and expectations partnering with Account Management organization
- Build and grow relationships across internal and client stakeholders
- Ability to support national (multiple time zone) client relationships

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience
- Three to five years' experience in a client facing account / project management role
- Experience with direct client interaction and management of multiple concurrent time sensitive initiatives
- Familiarity with healthcare and/or transportation data is a plus with specific knowledge of EDI transactions desired
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office

Salary: $74,757 - 132,728/annually
