About the Team:

The Customer Success Group (CSG) Offer Management team is a product management organization that productizes and monetizes the CSG capabilities that will help customers realize business value from their Salesforce technology investment. This team is a "messenger of the market" to the rest of the CSG organization, identifying the best market segments and opportunities for success offers. We maintain a multi-year roadmap for our portfolio, develop research-backed business cases for offer development and positioning, and handle the entire portfolio from design to end of life. We adhere to a governance framework to effectively lead and coordinate cross-functional work. Once offers are launched, we measure offer performance and identify changes to improve the experience customers and Salesforce employees have with our offers.

Job Description:
The Salesforce Success Plan Sales team is seeking an outstanding Seller to join our AMER team. CSG Sales Solution Advisors focus on selling Salesforce's Success Plans, Premier, and Signature. They collaborate daily with Sales and Success Management to drive the sale of Success Plans in various business verticals, and Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Heroku). Sales Solution Advisors are engaged from deal inception to close and are comfortable selling to C-Level executives. They are experienced prospectors, presenters, negotiators, and closers. Success is measured by the overall sales performance of Premier and Signature in an assigned territory.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attach, upgrades, and conversions.
  • Build relationships with relevant internal partners to review territories and identify strategies and opportunities to attach Premier and Signature Success plans.
  • Promote Signature Success internally and externally. Act as subject matter expert for Success Cloud products.
  • Collaborate effectively with other parts of the organization, including, but not limited to, License Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Legal, Product Management, and Delivery to address and resolve customer or sales issues.
  • Travel up to 20%


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ Years in a Sales and/or Account Management, quota carrying role.
  • Excellent presentation skills and being comfortable presenting to executives and large groups.
  • A natural at developing internal and external relationships, and influencing decision-makers.
  • Results driven. Track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • 2+ Years of CRM or Marketing automation application experience
  • Comfortable using Google Suite, Quip, and Slack
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. English proficiency required.
