Strategic Solutions Manager
As a Strategic Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing the utilization of Arrive’s capacity through strategic sales and tech enablement. This is an opportunity to execute core business strategy creatively and establish a frictionless experience for Arrive’s Carrier and Shipper partners. The Strategic Solutions Manager position is a tremendous opportunity to strengthen your people management skills while also selling into static lanes and markets.
In this Role you Will:
- Consistently engage with Carrier Sales representatives and managers articulating the benefits of Arrive’s Products
- Collaborate with Marketing and Data Solutions Group to stand up effective marketing procurement strategies for Arrive Edge
- Grow Arrive’s Core Carrier Capacity through Committed Lane Agreements
- Empower team members through coaching, best practices, and effective sales methodology
- Assist in zone OKR implementation and monitor key result progress
- Guide Carrier Sales representatives and Managers through award sourcing and execution for key accounts
Essential Functions:
- Ability to analyze data and guide capacity to appropriate customer markets efficiently
- Product implementation to the Carrier Sales floor ensuring a smooth transition and product adoption
- Ability to connect, engage, and execute on committed lane agreements with senior level Carrier contacts
- Tech penetration to specific Carrier Cohorts improving utilization of specific fleet sizes
- Ability to drive team growth through soft skills, leadership, and Organizational awareness
- Driving OKRs with the purpose of supporting zone health and efficiency
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of Logistics or Sales experience
- Experience with strategic initiatives and sales execution
- Familiarity with product implementation and adoption
Responsibilities:
- Establishing a process and funnel to grow zone’s Committed Capacity
- Product adoption represented through zone carrier growth and volume levers
- Ensure zone OKRs are met and fully executed
- Coach and stimulate Carrier Representatives and Managers to sell efficiently leveraging supporting data
