About the Team:
Strategic mobility partnering is a new part of our Mobility Solutions team in our Inclusion & Talent Centre of Expertise within The People Office (TPO). We are looking for a strategic mobility partner to champion our mobility strategy. Join this dynamic global team for a chance to build FIS' future.
What you will be doing:
In this role, you will apply your experience to be a strategic and trusted advisor to Business Partners across all aspects of Mobility Solutions, championing Mobility Solutions as a talent lever for managers and a tool for employee career development. You will advise stakeholders within the business group you support on the suite of Mobility Solutions, as well as on governance and compliance of the mobility program, contributing to an exceptional experience for all stakeholders throughout the mobility lifecycle. You will also embed the final stages of our mobility transformation and actively participate in the continued evolution of Mobility Solutions.
To enable this, you will:
- Champion the mobility strategy and purpose, mission, vision with Business Partners and Business Leads for the business group you support
- Contribute to an exceptional employee experience by designing Mobility Solutions that enable business talent strategy, effectively setting and managing expectations, and being the go-to person for strategic mobility partnering and complex mobility cases
- Coach and guide other Mobility Partners on strategic mobility partnering
- Proactively partner with People Partners across the globe; provide mobility insights and share updates, act as key point of contact for the Americas region on mobility-related questions and initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to enable a collaborative and holistic approach to the design of Mobility Solutions
- Leverage data insights to evidence and articulate how Mobility Solutions enables business talent strategy and adds measurable value
- Keep up to date with mobility knowledge and immigration changes, in particular in the Americas region and share with the team and with your stakeholders
- Monitor and identify policy updates and changes and attend regular regional TPO meetings; update and provide recommendations to People Partners as necessary
- Keep up to date with organizational announcements and changes that might impact Mobility Solutions, particularly from the business groups you support
- Be a point of escalation for employees, managers, and vendors within your business group in relation to the Mobility experience
- Be the point of contact for the Mobility Partners
- Collaborate with the Vendor Manager to obtain feedback throughout mobility lifecycle for your business group. Ensure feedback and recommendations are shared with stakeholders accordingly
- Run education and training sessions with key stakeholders in your business group on the mobility lifecycle and suite of Mobility Solutions
- Keep up to date with mobility best practices and make recommendations on potential program enhancements
- Collaborate with the other Mobility and Talent Partners to share business insights, best practices, and high visibility cases. Develop a working knowledge of other lines of business to cover each other as needed
- Share and celebrate in the success of Mobility Solutions as a tool for career development and talent lever.
