We’re looking for a Strategic Growth Associate to be a key player in leading the growth strategy of our real estate agent channel. In this role, you'll be challenged to think creatively about how to drive agent productivity and grow one of the most critical customer acquisition channels for Divvy.

 

You’ll be a core member of the growing Partnerships Team within the Marketing & Sales team, using your skills to help set strategy that drives agent engagement. We’ll rely on you to scope new opportunities, develop action plans, and use insights gained from results to determine future business decisions that help the long term vision of the team.

 

This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and see the role as one with potential for rapid growth in responsibility.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • · Call on real estate agencies to schedule presentations
  • · Build relationships with Managing Brokers, Office Managers and Realtors
  • · Present and educate agents on the Divvy program
  • · Develop and implement strategies to grow the agent channel
  • · Work cross-functionally with the sales, operations, product and engineering teams

What You'll Need

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience within business development, partnerships, or equivalent roles
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to think outside the box to drive productivity
  • Ability to multi-task and switch into different modes during the workday/week
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Real estate experience is a plus!
