Strategic Agency Business Development Manager

About this Role:
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Agency Business Development Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue from existing relationships with online agencies and/or systems integrators and building new ones. This person will be responsible for driving ecommerce agencies to deliver their clients sticky.io.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and sign new SI/Agency partners in the eCommerce ecosystem
- Execute on business opportunities across existing SI partnerships
- Create and manage strategic pipelines to increase sales; set goals.
- Tracking and reporting out to the company your lead delivery performance quarterly.
- Build creative deal structures & contracts to drive partner engagement
- Analyze partner sales performance and recommend growth improvements
- Maintain partner directory, prioritize and educate key opportunities to the customer service team and sellers
- Perform quarterly business reviews with select managed partners to track progress and plan future co-sponsored projects
- Assist in the execution of our vision and overall strategy as it relates to channel partners
Requirements:
- Proven track record showing that you have successfully identified, pitched, and signed new SI/Agency partners in the ecommerce space; especially in the Shopify, BigCommerce, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud Ecosystems
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, in or out of ecommerce.
- 3+ years' experience directly involved in ecommerce business development with agency experience critical
- Ability to communicate a comprehensive understanding of creative and complex implementations of partner capabilities in concert with sticky.io; main audience is prospects and sales engineering
