New Business Development and Key Account Management_ New Customer Acquisition in assigned territory._ Effective and coordinated handling of existing customer base if assigned._ Complete Ownership of existing accounts from Lead Generation to Delivery of final service offering._ Daily reporting of all sales activity._ Business Development & Relationship building with Corporates and signing MOUÕs with them for Self Ratings/ Corporate Profiling/ Sectoral Study Reports/Business Information Reports/D-U-N-S Verified Reports etc._ Would be responsible for the business targets with the Strategic Accounts Planner reporting to this position._ Organizing theme based events and ensuring participation of CXO/CFO Level contacts are part of the new customer acquisition Strategy._ Ensuring timely renewal of all the existing accounts if assigned and explore cross selling and upgrading opportunities._ Responsible for the overall Accounts Receivables in the respective Regions._ Provide industry updates at regular intervals and maintaining a constant relationship with the existing customers through courtesy meetings. Operations_ Ensure process adherence at all times and error free timely delivery of projects._ Liaising with the operations team for a smooth delivery of the end product and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are met._ Maintaining the data / client contact details in appropriate data warehouses hygienically._ Progress Reviews and Forecasting Reports are filed periodically as required by the Management._ Regular update of all the activities in the tools provided and track the movement of all such activitiesPeople Management_ Be a team player_ Possess the right attitude to work in cohesion with counterparts and colleagues._ Will work under the direct supervision of the RM or UM. II. KEY REQUIREMENTS_ MBA or any post-graduation with relevant experience of 3-5 years in business development._ Should have good knowledge of the local commercial and Industrial Belts._ Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements._ Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment._ Strong analytical skills and ability to provide value added insights._ Possesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills Primary External Interactions:_ Industry Chambers and Corporate Associations etc Primary Internal Interactions:_ Managing Directors/Directors, CXOÕs.Secondary InteractionsFinance, HR, Facility, IT Infrastructure, Heads of Other SBU Competencies:_ Strong interpersonal skills._ Proven selling skills, especially handling key accounts._ Strong Communication and Presentation skills._ Strong research and analytical skills_ Understanding of the basics of financials and accounting._ An understanding on the Corporate Business Models across industries, Industry Trends, Market Behavior etc.
