The Sr. TechnicalSales Engineer willbe a key enabler to Life Cycles Solutions and Technologies (LST) growth by leading the adoption of UOP's integratedsolutions by our customers. With our integrated offering and lifecyclemanagement vision, your deep technical understanding and business acumen, willallow you to create value propositions that unlock value for our customers ininnovative ways. In this role, you will connect with many stakeholders(business, sales, technical services, legal, marketing, breakthrough initiativecounter partners, etc.) to ensure value for our customer, internal alignmentand profitable business growth that enables the power of LST.

This role will allow you to look at a bigger picture across different technologieswhile given the opportunity to deep dive into a technology, using and expandingyour technical knowledge. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the technical execution of assigned LST opportunities through development of value propositions and
    the business case for specific opportunities including technical performance estimates. Technical input on
    strategy for sales events, preparation of technical proposals and technical appendices. Preparation and delivery
    of technical sales presentations in customer meetings resulting in successful sales.
  • Participate in customer discussions for assigned opportunities to gain an understanding of customer drivers,
    provide technical sales input and develop an understanding of the customer's needs and expectations to meet or
    exceed customer requirements and increase satisfaction leading to a winning proposal and successful sales event.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the UOP aftermarket offering capabilities including our value propositions of the Honeywell UOP LST business unit concentrating on the assigned area of expertise and becoming recognized internally and externally as a technology expert.
  • Reflect and share learnings from every engagement with other team members to ensure improved technical strategies across the globe in all future opportunities. Contribute to the global team by looking for opportunities and making suggestions to improve our internal tools and processes so we can become our best.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Refining / Petrochemicals or Gas Processing
