Job Description
Vigilant Solutions, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions Inc. (MSI) is looking to hire a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and innovative public safety solutions to join our Eastern US Sales Team as a Solutions Sales Representative. The primary role of this individual will be to sell and represent all our product offerings into the Northeast Region (MA, CT and other NE States). This individual will work closely with operations, finance, support, engineering and our training Client Relations Team (CRT). This individual should possess the ability to effectively present to C+ level executives, multi-task, prioritize, manage their time effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service.
The Sr. Solutions Sales Representative will be responsible but not limited to the following:
Ability to develop and execute on winning strategy for the Northeast Region
Schedule and lead customer meetings
Uncovering additional sales opportunities within existing accounts for all offerings
Identifying and overcoming roadblocks and/or obstacles while keeping a positive attitude
Ability to resolve product or service related issues by clarifying the customer's grievance and channeling those issues to the Vigilant Support Team
Regular client follow-ups to ensure “Total Customer Satisfaction”
Promote extended warranty and maintenance programs to existing, eligible customers
Ensuring client awareness regarding the usefulness and proper operation of the Vigilant products and services that were purchased
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience or 8+ years of sales/public safety experience
Seeking outside sales experience in public safety industry or government agencies
Competent in both Microsoft Outlook / Google Gmail applications and Sales Force
Schedule and lead customer meetings
Uncovering additional sales opportunities within existing accounts for all offerings
Identifying and overcoming roadblocks and/or obstacles while keeping a positive attitude
Ability to resolve product or service related issues by clarifying the customer's grievance and channeling those issues to the Vigilant Support Team
Promote extended warranty and maintenance programs to existing, eligible customers
Ability for 50-75%+ travel to multiple states in Northeast Region
The base compensation rage for this opening is $80-95K range
Basic Requirements
Bachelors Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience or 8+ years of sales/public safety experience
Vaccine Requirement
