About the Team
The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sales Ops team in driving operational excellence for the organization. This team member will reinforce the Sr. Sales Operations Manager in championing all systems, communication flows, processes and documentation related to sales reporting, customer item set up, order allocation, order management, and CRM-related initiatives. The Sales Operations Analyst will work cross functionally with several different teams to deliver results and plays a critical role in the planning and execution of activities that will introduce efficiencies to help drive sales.
What You Will Do

  • Manage the allocation process to ensure orders and shipments are accurately processed in a timely manner to meet organizational standards and manage alerts for sales team to take action when orders are not fully placed.
  • Manage all aspects of the customer PO process with the aim of ensuring PO's are completed accurately and efficiently with proper inventory to support and oversee that the process is completed in a timely manner to meet weekly shipping deadlines. Identify and flag any areas of concern or deadlines slipping for leadership.
  • Manage item set up process including WERKs/smarter sorting management and collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams to prepare seamless go-to-market launches for new products.
  • Create and organize documentation on procedures and processes on behalf of the sales team including tool trainings, SOP's, and new team member onboarding guidelines.
  • Assist in the maintenance of sales-related information in different systems including CRM and take lead with collaborating with team members where data entry is imperfect or incomplete.
  • Experience with Walmart replenishment processes and system such as Retail Link and Nova. Ownership of Walmart Retail Link system and act as Subject-matter expert.
  • Responsible for conducting daily pricing audits of retailer.com sites and reporting actionable insights to sales team to address competitor price moves as well as ensuring pricing compliance for VIZIO products.
  • Manage CRM application price moves from offer to acceptance to ensure compliance and documentation across all retailers and flag any issues or outstanding items for relevant team members to address.
  • Maintain reporting and alerts for cross-functional internal teams on any roadblocks in processing pricing especially as it relates to pending offers for close to make sure promotions have proper documentation and accrued support.
  • Own the official communication of pricing roadmaps for future looking price events with retailers to support audits and claims and manage any ad hoc requests with pricing communication from retailers.
  • Support ad hoc claims requests in collaboration with Accounting and Sales and provide backup documentation from CRM where applicable.
  • Other Tasks as assigned


About You

  • A minimum education level of: Bachelor's Degree
  • Years of related work experience: 4-8 years
  • Expert on Walmart System such as Retail Link and Nova
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross functionally, including possession of strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong Leadership Skills; ability to set intention/direction for the team and facilitate next steps to drive success and to mentor and inspire team members by example
  • Outstanding presentation skills - ability to clearly and confidently present and deliver recommendations both internally and externally


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Consumer Electronic Industry
  • Experience with an ERP (Oracle, SAP) and CRM's (Salesforce) is a plus

For California-based employment: The minimum pay for this position is $ 43.27 /hour. The maximum salary for this position $ 49.52 /hour . The compensation package includes the annual bonus in addition to a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
