Honeywell Productivity Solutions and Services(PSS) Software has an excellent opportunity for a Enterprise SaaS SolutionsSales Specialist to develop our recurrent revenues in territory. In this roleyou will be leading a team of software sales specialists to develop recurrentrevenues in collaboration with a focused sales team selling a portfolio ofproductivity software across verticals.
Reporting to PSS' Global General Manager of Software, you will execute strategyand plans to accelerate existing revenue streams and to develop new businessopportunities.
This is a remote role that can be based inanywhere near a major airport. 75% travel is expected.
SaaS Sales Executive:• Responsible for leading a team of software specialists to hunt and closeenterprise deals to exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets for PSSsoftware offerings (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).• Develop expert level knowledge of PSS offerings in the areas of operationalintelligence, connected worker, smart supply chain and predictive logistics,enterprise mobility, data analytics, and voice enabled workflows.• Provide consultative software solutions sales expertise existing sales teamand collaborate with them to achieve maximum profitability and growth in linewith PSS Software strategy.• Analyze customers' needs and use consultative selling skills to solve complexproblems.• Use data analysis of sales performance, accounts, competition, and trends toimplement market penetration plans and account-based strategies to winenterprise software deals.• Structure and execute sales plans that will increase the Honeywell's revenuesfrom products and/or services with focus on T&L, W&D, Retail, andHealthcare.• Establish and own the plans and strategies aimed at serving and expanding thecustomer based.• Serve as a local software business expert of PSS by maintaining customercontacts and relationships at senior levels in support of account managers andstrategies
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree
- Last 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS Consultative Solutions Sales experience (with direct quota accountability)
- Last 3+ years of success selling SaaS directly and through channel, while leading end-to-end engagements within one of the following segments: Transportation and Logistics, Distribution and Warehousing, or Retail.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience building multi-million-dollar SaaS business while.
- Solid sales management experience leading agile teams within large matrix enterprise.
- Executive presence - very comfortable with C-level, especially CFOs, CTOs, CDOs, CIOs etc.
- Ability to negotiate and close multi-stake holder SaaS deals for large and complex org
- Demonstrated proficiency with data analytics and data monetization models.
- Experience developing sales roadmaps and helping develop technical solutions.
- Effective communicator with ability to interact at all levels of client organization and effectively communicate value-prop through solid organizational, presentation, and writing skills.
