As a Manager of Services Sales, you will have the opportunity to manage a team selling some of the most innovated solutions based around the most cutting-edge technology in the industry. What you'll do at Insight:

• Develop and Direct activities to execute sales strategies and successfully achieve revenue and gross profit goals. Establish and implement short and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
• Lead and Manage the services sales efforts, performance managing staff to a specific sales quota, coaching, team building, goal setting and professional development. Overall, you'll provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
• Develop, Maintain and Improve - You'll build business relationships with clients and valued partners of Insight. Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts
• Analyze and Evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and systems.
• Recruit, Hire, Manage and Develop a world-class sales team

What you'll need to join Insight:

• 7+ years of selling enterprise IT services (e.g. professional, consulting, managed)
• Expert Knowledge of Microsoft and Cisco services pertaining to Infrastructure
• Experience selling services around Workplace Connectivity
• Prior management experience handling a team producing 50 Million in sales for professional or consulting services excluding hardware or software sales
