Sr. Manager, Sales Operations

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with numerous teams across the organization (sales, legal, marketing and finance) to model various opportunities for both new and existing partners
  • Work closely with other sales operations team member(s) to identify enhancements needed within SalesCloud to support our business development and account management sales efforts.
  • Identify risks and opportunities as determined by the business development and account management teams (inclusive of the real estate vertical).
  • Strategize with senior leadership on decision making and which opportunities to pursue
  • Prepare the key performance indicators (KPI) package for pipeline and board meetings
  • Responsible for liaising with the finance team to produce forecasts/updating Salesbook in preparation for the pipeline meetings.


  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to review pipeline funnel


  • Work closely with the finance team to provide financial analysis of accounts.
  • Develop custom reporting and analysis as required.


  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain regularly reporting packages, including monthly/quarterly forecast plans
  • Other duties as assigned



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or a combination of education and experience.

Experience/Other Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in a Sales Operations Manager role
  • CRM - sales operations and omni channel / digital marketing experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of Internet technologies and cloud computing
  • Solid understanding of date management and database concepts
  • Experience of supporting the business in managing large budgets.
  • Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies.
  • Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales and profitability and opportunities
