The Sales Enablement leader will plan, build, and deliver onboarding, training, content and other enablement services to our sales and customer operations teams. You will work closely with sales professionals, operations, marketing, and product to drive alignment between stakeholders and deliver on the needs of our sales team.
What will you do:
- Build a Sales Enablement Strategy from the ground up to continue to make our Sales teams best-in-class
- Responsible building out a team of training professionals to support a sales and success organization of 600(+) reps
- Identify knowledge and process gaps by working alongside Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to address and build sustainable and adaptable processes
- Partner with our Learning and Growth team and collaborate on new hire onboarding training and continued education training content
- Develop new hire roadmaps and coaching plans to decrease ramp time
- Travel to our field reps in market and provide on-the-road coaching and training (expect 25-30% travel)
- Effectively provide feedback to the reps and managers using scorecard methodology
- Work with the Restaurant Insights team to understand full cycle relationship pain points with our restaurant partners
- Manage, organize, enhance all relevant documentation & content for the Sales team (internal communication channels, sales scripts, email cadences, manager coaching documents)
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years experience in a Sales Enablement role, 3+ years experience managing a team
- Background in Sales and/or Sales Management prior to Sales Enablement is required
- Previous work experience and working knowledge of different sales strategies, Sales KPIs, Sales Processes
- Prior experience building a high-performing team required
- Prior experience with Salesforce and applicable sales automation tools
- Experience in content creation, SME interviewing and technical writing (SOPs, Spec docs, etc)
- Strong listening, interpersonal skills and empathy. Ability to build internal relationships and drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
- Process-oriented mindset and ability to operate in a fast-growth, fast-paced environment with a great amount of ambiguity
- Passion in Change Management and experience in implementing new workflows and processes
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to scope a complex project, execute against a work plan and communicate status updates regularly
- Ability to define critical metrics and measure success of the projects / initiatives
- Desire to work cross functionally and focus on driving adoption and buy-in of new plans and initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical, planning, and problem solving attitude
