We’re currently looking for: Sr. Manager, Enterprise Sales Enablement
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
The Sales Enablement Manager – Enterprise Business unit is a functional position responsible for ensuring the Enterprise Business Unit and team are equipped with the content, resources, tools, training, and metrics necessary to effectively differentiate and sell RingCentral products and services. The Sales Enablement Manager – Enterprise plays a critical strategic role partnering with the sales leader to think about go to market strategy. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, passionate for connecting departments between the RingCentral and Enterprise business. This person will be responsible for creating new content to outline the best people to engage in your sales process, process to follow & technology. This position reports into Director of North America Enablement.
Collaborate between RingCentral and Enterprise business leadership and managers to understand their needs for training and develop solutions in a timely fashion
Work with a dynamic sales leader to prioritize segment needs.
Manage the development of all learning content for sales training curriculum.
Continue to Develop new hire onboarding in place for Enterprise hires.
Collaborate and team with members from various departments to build and maintain solid cross-functional relationships.
Execute the development of education and training for Enterprise Account Executives, working with product marketing, management, and other key subject matter experts to identify, develop and improve core training.
Develop, deploy and manage the organization's sales certification programs.
Stay informed on cutting-edge tools and technology that may be leveraged to improve sales productivity.
Desired Qualifications:
Technology solution-based selling (SaaS, UCaaS, Cloud applications, VoIP)
Boardroom presentation experience
Willingness to travel (post COVID)
Internal drive and competitiveness
Tenacity
Proven track record of obtaining / exceeding sales quota
Skilled in spaced repetition enablement tactics
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas and solution to others
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
BS degree, continued training and education preferred
