The Opportunity
Adobe Sign operates as an integrated business unit comprised of Sales, GTM Strategy, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Implementation and Professional Services. The pre- and post-sales organizations for Sign work seamlessly together to first prove the value of Adobe Sign to new prospects and then help these organizations realize value with Adobe Sign after they become customers. We engage with customers to understand their challenges and build compelling visions to meet them using Adobe software. Our team's diagnostics, demos, and business cases are crucial to building new partnerships with customers and setting them up for long-term success.
What You'll Do
The Senior Director, Sign Customer Success & Services will lead post-sales for Adobe's Sign business within the Document Cloud division. This business helps customers accelerate workflows relating to digital documents, e-signatures, and creative content. This individual will manage a team of 60+ business strategists, customer success managers, implementation specialists and professional services team members. They will be responsible for crafting and executing on repeatable customer engagement models to develop deals and grow our business and then developing scalable customer success and professional services models to ensure value realization for our customers.
You'll cross-collaborate with leaders from other functions, such as Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing. This leader will engage directly with customers for top accounts and use their experience to become a trusted advisor. In addition, attracting exceptional talent and inspiring the team to deliver amazing customer experiences will be a key to success factor in this role. How should we present and demo our solutions to win, and how can we use data and analytics to assess our customers' opportunities to accelerate their digital workflows? What repeatable go-to-market motions should we focus on to have the most impact on Adobe's business? These are some of the questions you will take on in your first year.
What You Need to Succeed• Experience with an Enterprise SaaS company, ideally in the document workflow or creative tools space• Senior experience leading a sizable customer-facing team (e.g. solution consulting, digital strategy, customer success, sales, professional services)• Prior experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or go-to-market strategy• Exceptional communication and analytical skills• Outstanding executive presence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire senior executives.• Passion for building and developing teams
