As Sr. Director, Partnership Program, you will be a key member of the growing Partnerships team and Vimeo’s Partner Program. We are aggressively growing our partner program to integrate Vimeo’s video hosting, creation, live streaming, screen recording and other offerings on the largest B2B, Enterprise and Consumer technology platforms.You will own all aspects of Partnership operations from the pre-sale stage, through the technical implementation of Vimeo’s suite of partner API offerings, launch of partnerships, and ongoing partner management. You will work closely with the SVP, Business Development on team strategy.. 

You will own the management of how partners are onboarded, optimized and grown to  achieve revenue goals and company KPIs. You will own the setting up systems and processes for Partnerships so that it can scale efficiently and stably.  You will also own the management and setting up the framework for partner management externally. 


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage Vimeo’s partner program with the goal of optimizing existing integrations, seeking out new co-marketing opportunities, and partner performance reviews.
  • Identify trends and inefficiencies in onboarding, partner implementations and management and work cross-functionally to improve each area to maximize impact 
  • Ongoing hiring, management, and mentorship of a team of Partner Managers, Project Managers and Solution Engineers. 
  • Organize your team and their workload efficiently across projects and partners, reporting on team capacity and quickly iterating when needed
  • Build scalable implementation and onboarding methodologies
  • Work directly with key strategic partners
  • Collaborate across Vimeo’s Business Development, Sales, Engineering, Product Marketing, Public Relations and Marketing teams.
  • Be a key stakeholder in the product and engineering roadmap related to BD and Partnerships
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Business Development team in the later stages of the pre-sales process to coordinate integration requirements and execution of partnerships.
  • Establish processes and procedures for onboarding new partners and managing existing partners
  • Create and maintain internal documentation for all processes related to partnerships.
  • Ensure that adequate tracking and reporting mechanisms are in place to measure the effectiveness of the Partner Program and provide required reporting for live partnerships


Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 10+ years experience working with strategic partners in Partner Operations, Account Management, Partner Manager for technology companies, including at least 5 years of experience managing a team
  • Significant understanding and experience with SaaS business model; experience with video is a plus 
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and amazing organizational skills
  • A problem-solving work style that is collaborative, positive and consultative in order to drive change 
  • Prior knowledge of implementation, enablement and customer success standard methodologies
  • Partner with leaders from other teams to evaluate key trends, identify profitable growth opportunities and ensure forecast accuracy
  • Experience working closely with Enterprise-level and Strategic partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams
  • Familiarity with APIs, SDKs and partner widgets
  • Experience working with varying partners, both internal and external, and strong client management skills
  • Comfort working in a fluid, fast-paced environment, and the ability to bring process and structure to a new function at Vimeo
  • Highly motivated self-starter. Operates with a sense of urgency and values accountability, while communicating effectively with stakeholders across functions
  • A hands-on leader with the ability to take ownership and lead multiple work streams and initiatives
