Your Responsibilities & Qualifications 

  • Prospecting and Sales
  • Become an expert in the current customers in your assigned territory
  • Meet monthly KPIs for pipeline generation
  • Meet quarterly sales targets
  • Use designated Cayuse sales tools for tracking and maintaining all information in the sales process
  • Build and maintain detailed profiles, goals, problems and needs of the institution. 
  • Will include contact information, organization structures, and whitespace opportunities
  • Work cooperatively with with the Customer Success Team
  • Actively assist with sales campaigns by sending initial emails and making follow up calls
  • Assist with trade-show follow up
  • Be familiar with Cayuse contracts, policies and procedures, and be able to explain them to prospective clients
  • Create and send approved pricing proposals based on client needs and interests
  • Provide demonstrations on all Cayuse products directly to customers in a precise, clear, consistent and accurate manner for products assigned; Deliver remote demonstrations aA needed
  • Proficiently match solutions with customer needs and tailor demo’s to those needs
  • Perform Cayuse webinars as assigned
  • Travel to tradeshow or client site depending on need
  • Help organize and assist with completing all RFI/RFP documents that are presented in your assigned region
  • Help identify and search out RFI/RFP related to Cayuse products in the territories you represent
  • Coordinate all efforts and status of accounts with Account Executives and Team Lead
  • Maintain an accurate and timely forecast in CRM
  • Keep calendar updated at all times
  • Complete expense forms after traveling
  • Communicate client requests and market information
  • Attend assigned training sessions with Sales Team
  • Regularly attend and seek product training to ensure expert knowledge in all assigned products

 Your Qualifications

  • Ability to Converse with Executive Level Down to IT Staff and Functional Users
  • Ability to Learn
  • Effective telephone and email communication abilities
  • Ability to Perform Presentations virtually and in person
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Linked In, and Sales Navigator a plus
  • Experience in Higher Education or Healthcare technology a plus
