Solutions & Extension Marketplace Manager
Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for evolving and modernizing Quickbase's approach to a Solution & Extension Marketplace to help fulfill Quickbase's customer promise of being the fastest path to a solution.
The objective of the Marketplace is to drive increased sale and consumption of the Quickbase platform by enabling customers to purchase externally-developed solutions and technologies directly from Quickbase. This includes Quickbase applications, integrations, extension/add-on technologies, and complimentary ISV solutions.
In this role, you will operate inter-departmentally at Quickbase to align objectives and resources, and ultimately enable all teams to be successful with the Marketplace offerings. This includes:
Customer Success: Identify what types of offerings increase customer value, usage, and spend
Sales: Facilitate the selling of external technologies
GTM Enablement: Ensure GTM teams are trained to identify and execute on Marketplace-supported deals
Marketing: Build and strengthen market and customer awareness of Marketplace offerings
Product: Align on and support Quickbase's product extensibility and self-service strategy via the Marketplace
Security: Establish and enforce security standards for Marketplace offerings
You will directly interface with current and prospective third-party developers to enroll and thrive in our partner program, with the goal of attracting and promoting those who are able to who create and maintain complementary offerings that align with the goals of Quickbase.
In this role, you will:
Drive and accelerate progress of a scalable Solutions & Extension Marketplace, which enables Quickbase to directly sell third-party-developed integrations, extensions, add-ons, solutions, and applications
Collaborate intimately with key departments at Quickbase to create the required internal processes to support the Marketplace, including quoting, fulfillment, tracking, collection, payments, and commissions
Work with existing technology partners to maximize the ease of selling Marketplace offerings through Quickbase
Manage, nurture, and grow new and existing relationships with Marketplace contributors to maximize mutual success
Own the quarterly and annual plans for Marketplace business impact
Create and continuously refine the short-, mid-, and long-term vision for the Marketplace and advocate for any change required to achieve those visions
You will have:
5+ years experience successfully driving new GTM operations activities in SaaS businesses, bringing to market third-party-developed integrations, extensions, add-ons, solutions, or applications
A proven track record of coordinating and influencing across an organization
Natural strength empathizing with a diverse set of customers and partners, both internal and external
The ability to independently define and measure success of efforts, with a strong focus on financial impact
Ideally, you will have:
A prior understanding of the Quickbase platform
