We’re looking for a Sales Strategist / Solutions Consultant to help build what is already one of the highest functioning sales organizations in enterprise tech.
The Strategic Sales Consultant will:
- Participate in a team-selling approach to acquiring new customers (this is a non-quota carrying role within our sales organization)
- Work shoulder to shoulder with our Account Executives to win new customers by:
- Joining our sales process as Tropic’s in-house expert strategic consultant
- Sharing insights from Tropic’s robust dataset
- Sharing customer success stories
- Generating custom presentations and collateral
- Understanding prospective customers’ pain points and highlighting Tropic’s solutions
- Establishing trust with the client by representing Tropic as the future of procurement
- Demonstrate competence, professionalism, executive presence, integrity, and humility
- Collaborate well with the sales team
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset that constantly seeks to improve Tropic’s sales process
- Provide a world class customer experience from initial conversation to customer kick-off call
- Participate in and enhance Tropic’s company culture by being positive, kind, hard-working and accepting of all employees
- Love closing deals

Requirements:
- Experience in sales, sales strategy, customer success, consulting, or other customer/executive facing roles
