Overview

As a P360 Analyst, you are responsible for the volume growth initiatives of Project 360 and the growth strategy associated with Canon Solutions Americas production inkjet system customers in your territory. Works closely with team of, Regional Color Analysts, Finishing Analysts and Field Analysts, to identify and address volume growth opportunities with the existing customer base. Work closely with sales organization to identify business development opportunities with production inkjet prospects

This position will support the Midwest and can be based in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio or Michigan.

Responsibilities

The P360 Analyst is a subject matter expert in this area and fully understands clients' needs and requirements to develop a strategy for their business and volume growth initiatives. This may include customer strategy development, site optimization assessments, consulting, and new business development activities.

  • Conceptualize, develop, manage, and deliver site assessment studies
  • Proactive outreach to customers and provide insight on the most current industry trends and review of the current volume migration strategy
  • Responsible for Canon production inkjet color support in assigned region
  • Provides expert level knowledge and design solutions for workflow management at an enterprise level with the ability to understand and articulate the impact of inefficiencies with varying technologies, data streams, and adjacent products.
  • Designs and communicates complex technical solutions in an easily understood manner to internal and external customers.
  • Develops complex and innovative approaches to onboard new color applications to maximize utilization of inkjet technology. Deep understanding of offset, toner, and inkjet printing required.
  • Work in a team environment as an integral part of Team 360 driving print volume at targeted customers.
  • Responsible for providing post-sales 24/7 support and implementation services and for 24/7 after-hours support.
  • Works closely with sales personnel to maintain pulse of assigned territory
  • With a customer first mindset, quickly addressing issues that arise in assigned region and actively works to prevent escalation



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience.
  • Strong industry knowledge of Commercial Printing, Transactional and Direct Mail markets.
  • Experience in printing pre-sales/post- sales support in production environments.
  • Experience on document delivery through web portals and automation of downstream process and finishing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact and communicate in a professional, easily understood method with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong understanding of management techniques intended to improve business processes
  • Experience with production inkjet printing.
  • Experience with HP Indigo and Xerox iGEN environments.
  • Extensive travel may be required, up to 70% to multi-state sites with frequent overnight stays (valid drivers' license and acceptable driving record necessary). Certain minimum auto insurance coverages are required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, proficient in Excel & Power Point
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of an organization
  • Well-developed organizational and communications skills
  • Ability to successfully produce high quality reports/content while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer C-level suite leaders
