Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience launching and delivering products or solutions based on cloud architectures and/or data and analytics technologies
  • 8 years of experience in delivery and lifecycle product management
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams toward business goals



Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Experience launching and delivering technology software solutions in market and/or management of software solutions
  • Experience in strategic product launch, GTM, product introductions, navigating ambiguity, and leading with influence
  • Ability to define and architect solutions aligned to strategic objectives and develop compelling content/solution assets to support GTM motions
  • Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate about complex concepts across multiple audiences and levels
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills



About the job

The Solution Management team in Solution Engineering is responsible for driving and advancing our portfolio and roadmap of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)-based data, analytics, and integration solutions that encompass capabilities from Google Cloud, our ISV (Independent Software Vendor), and SI (Systems Integrator) partners. In this role, you will bring passion for planning day-to-day workstreams, defining solution strategies and reference architectures, and developing solution assets and accelerator content to support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives with customers and partners. You'll utilize expertise in solution-focused strategy and management, GTM and product launches, software project delivery management, data analytics, and enterprise integration projects/technologies.

You will play a key part in supporting the differentiation of Google Cloud with enterprise customers. You'll lead and orchestrate the integration of strategic partner solutions into Google Cloud in support of the SAP business and the broader Google Cloud enterprise business.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall strategy, planning, and coordination of activities to define and manage enterprise AI/ML-based data, analytics, and integration solutions, leveraging strategic partner technologies.
  • Lead and drive solution definitions and co-innovation strategies with ISV and SI partners.
  • Analyze customer needs and market opportunities to select and prioritize solutions and use cases.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration, driving the development of solutions and use case assets and associated commercialization plans.
  • Own solutions as a business and lifecycles, including package and launch, value in market, and business growth, fostering customer adoption and field enablement with compelling assets and content.
