Overview

Responsible for the sales and distribution of products and achievement of specific revenue objectives through alternate channels (e.g.,third-party sales). Partners and consults with Indirect Channels (Retailers, Wholesalers and Resellers) to implement channel sales programs to enhance Quest's presence at partner's point of sales

Responsibilities

-Establish sales through indirect channels such as Value Added Reseller (VAR), Distributors, Dealers, Alliances or Partners
-Attains team revenue and margin targets
-Ensure Quest brand values are maintained by Channel Partners
-Provides direction, development and inspiration to team members
-Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
-Drive channel sales strategies and channel sales promotion campaigns
-Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
-Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities
-Responsible for organizing cross functional teams' engagement with account

Qualifications

-10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

-5+ years of Channel Sales
-4+ years managerial/leadership experience

-Software Industry experience a must

-Travel expectation up to 50%

-Preference will be given to central US candidates
