Levelset CS Account Managers own the relationship and expand value with our customers. You will be measured on: customer retention and expansion revenue through upsell/ cross-sell. This role works with our Small Medium Business customers.

The overall position will be expansive and will provide you with a suite of transferable and marketable skills that will position you well to advance your career within or outside of Levelset. You're also entering the growing market of Customer Success functions receiving heightened recognition in the SaaS industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Champion the relationship from the beginning of our customer’s journey and take full ownership of your customer portfolio
  • Engage and Renew annual customers by driving value and helping them to achieve their business outcomes
  • Help first and bring proposals over problems when it comes to your customers’ needs
  • Create Payment Heros by increasing your customer adoption, stabilizing retention and promoting loyalty
  • Tackle challenges with positivity and enthusiasm 
  • Identify account expansion opportunities and work closely with the Account Management team to deliver additional value to customers. 
  • Consistently execute unique daily touchpoints and advocate customer needs and issues across departments – sales, operations, product and development
  • There may be the occasional travel requirements for in-person, customer visits
