Reddit is seeking an experienced SMB Agency Partner Manager within our Sales organization. On the Growth Partnerships team, you would build and lead a team to drive value for agencies, advertisers, users & Reddit.
Responsibilities
- Drive SMB Agency Team revenue & quota attainment by leading a team of managers and sellers through mentorship & motivation
- Build & execute scaled sales strategy initiatives
- Manage relationship with Reddit’s vendor partner
- Shape Reddit’s ads product roadmap and agency narrative by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive results through data analysis, goal-setting, planning, & project management
- Develop strategies to identify & pitch agencies, drive advertiser activations, measure success, and retain & grow agencies/advertisers on the Reddit ads platform
Qualifications
- 7+ years of online media sales experience
- 2+ years working for or with digital agencies
- Motivated self starter who thrives in unstructured environments
- Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets
- Experience in growing partnerships & marketing budgets for digital channels
- Experience in project management, operations management, and/or vendor management
- Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, agency, & client challenges
- BA/BS degree
