About this opportunity
In this new position as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you have the exciting opportunity to bring your vision to the table. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be working closely with other executives and senior leadership team members to accelerate our revenue growth, increase the rate of customer acquisition, and remove obstacles to our success. The Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing is a key contributor to the company's strategy, business plan, and annual budgeting process.
This transformative role will be responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing, business development, and sales operations, including formulating and implementing strategies, building and managing the sales and marketing team, establishing and measuring performance, and managing the budget.
You will be responsible for overseeing our Marketing, Account Management and Sales teams in addition to managing related marketing and sales tasks with our Systems Engineering and Business Operations departments.
Finally, but most importantly, you will obsess over our customers and make sure that they stand front and center in everything we do.
Who are you?
You are an experienced sales and marketing strategist in the B2B technology sector who thrives on delivering big results in a fast-paced environment. You are adept at balancing consideration for short-term wins and long-term goals and comfortable balancing the needs of the business to meet aggressive corporate metrics. You have a proven track record of success with high-growth campaigns and have experience leading a multi-dimensional team.
You are a supportive team leader, with a passion for helping your team members grow and thrive. You are skilled at stepping out of your comfort zone in order to drive the business forward and a willing team player who is adept at participating with fellow senior leaders to negotiate with internal and external parties.
This is a full-time, exempt salary position that comes with a competitive base, sales commissions, performance-based bonus compensation, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Bsquare has a flexible work remote policy but most Seattle team members choose to be in our collaboration space once or twice a week.
