Job Description

As the Senior Territory Manager, you are responsible for the distribution and sales of Club Automation's products or services throughout the northeast region. In this position, you will manage and support the various sales teams in your region, ensuring they reach sales targets and remain motivated.

The Senior Territory Manager reports to the VP, Sales.

As a leader, you will:

  • Evaluate and provide real-time feedback on performance
  • Train and/or ensure the team is properly trained for their specific roles
  • Schedule work hours and shifts
  • Coordinate job rotation and cross-training
  • Assist in resolving emergencies, such as a quality or customer problem that might be escalated to the team supervisor for handling
  • Identify and resolve workplace problems, including tardiness or absenteeism
  • Manage headcount and make staffing decisions related to new hires and terminations
  • Set and help the team understand performance targets and goals

You will also:

  • Be responsible for driving sales in the region
  • Manage and grow revenue and market share to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and deliver against a considered and thorough regional territory plan
  • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts
  • Focus on customers’ satisfaction, knows the customer's business, know the customer’s enterprise software strategy and plans, and develop and maintain a proper network of contacts
  • Support execution of the sales strategy. Work with and bring in experts/specialists where required
  • Be responsible for weekly forecasting and reporting
  • Travel up to 50%

Qualifications

  • Two (2) to four (4) years of related sales leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS technologies and services
  • Bachelor’s Degree or seven (7) years of related experience
  • Consistent results in achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Demonstrates good planning ability, and understanding of how to implement successful sales strategies
  • Strong computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to manage, coach, and develop a team and collaborate across functions
  • Advanced organizational/time management skills and attention to detail
  • Create, build, and maintain relationships and rapport with clients
  • Strong work ethic and ability to execute critical imperatives
