REX is on the hunt for a highly motivated Senior Sales Trainer to join our leading sales organization. In this role, you will help us create and implement all new hire sales on-boarding as well as internal product and sales skills development programs needs across the company. Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain an engaging and comprehensive Sales & Product Training Program for new and existing sales professionals (RMs - Relationship Managers) both in person and virtually
  • Provide one-on-one and/or web-based training in small and large group environments. 
  • Onboarding of all new hires to the Sales department, creating a positive and empowering learning environment 
  • Conduct needs assessment to identify gaps in knowledge and create learning plans to resolve 
  • Help improve individual results by providing coaching; conducting formal training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources
  • Develop training assessments across all sales training and report results regularly to identify gaps and measure training effectiveness
  • Stay current with job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; staying current with our sales products and processes
  • Monitor and measure training effectiveness by providing senior staff with advice and recommendations regarding training needs.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a sales trainer in relevant industry (Sales, Technology, Real Estate).
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver sales training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design and development, and training technologies.
  • Knowledge in both the design and the facilitation of learning curriculum for both on-site instructor led and online/distance learning sessions
  • Deep understanding of sales methodology and process
  • Understanding of Real Estate Sales
  • Knowledge of technology to develop sales support tools/video/assessments
  • Experience designing, developing and delivering a comprehensive sales training curriculum, including onboarding
  • Capable of identifying needs or gaps in sales techniques and performance
  • Proficiency with GSuite 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)
  • Positive attitude with a motivational and growth mindset
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner, meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities to meet business need
