As a Senior Sales Support Specialist, you are passionate about providing stellar client service and supporting Carrier sales with quote creation. You propel the sales cycle by responding to all quote requests and process orders submitted by clients or the sales and support teams. You excel at serving as a liaison between various cross-functional departments. You have solid organizational and prioritization abilities with a focus on completing quotes, following up with clients and order flow completion and processes. You have developed a keen ability to identify roadblocks and overcome obstacles to successfully meet goals. You thrive in an office environment managing accounts across the Spectrum Enterprise footprint. You report directly to the Manager of Client Support for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
- Encourage a successful sales cycle by working with sales teams, pre- and post-sale technical teams, Marketing, Finance and order entry groups.
- Ensure successful installations by researching and managing site surveys and working with Service Delivery Construction and Design teams to determine building serviceability.
- Entice clients with pricing based on established rate cards, quoting tools and cooperation with Finance.
- Improve client satisfaction by processing bulk requests for proposals and submitting timely quotes to clients while handling large volumes of requests with short turnaround Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Update and maintain client database, service areas and specific account quote requirements to generate accurate reports.
Required keys for success:
- Three or more years of related sales or sales support experience.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a high-stress, fast-paced, team environment with extremely high volumes and short service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proven track record of building working relationships with internal teams and departments.
- Results-oriented with effective issue resolution skills and attention to detail.
- History of understanding complex issues, driving resolutions and escalating when necessary.
- Self-directed, independent thinker with the ability to multi-task while working efficiently and effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
- Experience with Salesforce or similar client relationship management (CRM) tool.
- Accounting experience.
Your education:
- Associate degree in a related technical field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
