The position

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, joining our Sales team.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of sales operations
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • SaaS and B2B experience preferred
  • Deep SFDC expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
  • Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
  • You share our values, and work in accordance with those values
  • Experience working remotely is considered a plus (preferred)
  • Previous experience working for a global startup (preferred)
  • Experience working in global HR industry (preferred)
  • You enjoy being a champion and take full ownership from conception to execution.
  • You bring passion, adaptability and attentiveness to the table.
  • You possess a good understanding of the sales cycle and sales processes, an eye for detail, and have a drive to make things more efficient, repeatable and scalable.
Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lifecycle processes, policies, and metrics to support customer outcomes and business growth, assisting to define appropriate touch points (i.e., human-led and digital) throughout the customer journey (pre and post initial sale)
  • Manage the operational aspect of on-boarding new employees and transitions of existing employees
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics, and policies
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
  • Work with other departments to improve integration between Salesforce and other mission-critical systems, including HubSpot, Drift and Zendesk.
  • Monitor system adoption and data compliance and governance
  • Maintain and evangelize communication best practices for sales and sales support functions
  • Document and create knowledge repository for first-tier sales support
  • Maintain data integrity within customer records in and other systems
  • Develop best practices that align sales data quality with company initiatives

We do not agree to or encourage cheap-labour practices and therefore pay a minimum annual salary of USD 40,000 per year, in all locations throughout the world. Actual compensation may vary based upon geographical location, experience, and/or skill level. However, it will never be below our minimum global compensation mentioned.
