Senior Sales Operations Analyst
As the Senior Sales Operations Analyst you will closely partner with the Sales team and other key go-to-market stakeholders to enable, operationalize, analyze, and accelerate overall growth initiatives. You will play a strategic role in these key areas within sales and related functions: 1) overall sales health and day-to-day operations (2) strategic planning and goal setting (3) special projects and initiatives to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. You will have a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic environment. It is preferred if this individual can work a hybrid schedule in either our Chicago or Atlanta office, but we would consider strong remote candidates as well. #LI-Remote
Starting base pay for this role is between $100,000 and $140,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will also be eligible for bonus as well as competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, 401(k) with company match, and a flexible time off policy in most locations.

Responsibilities
- Continuously improves pipeline management process to enhance seller production analysis and forecasting of accurate client delivery schedules.
- Proactively generates critical business insights from rigorous data analysis and market research.
- Designs our Sales strategy to support decision making - owns our data sets, dashboards, KPIs, and ultimately our decision-making framework.
- Guides and influences larger, cross-functional teams to achieve company strategic and operational initiatives.
- Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with sales objectives and market competitiveness.
- Collaborates with Business Operations team to build reports and dashboards to evaluate sales and growth metrics related to forecasting, progress to plan, and team attainment.
- Works closely with Sales leaders to develop and operationalize territory planning framework, including goal setting and segmentation.
- Aligns sales, marketing, and inside sales selling efforts and intelligence with internal support teams.
- Assists with compensation plan design, communication, and tracking.
- Supports sellers and front-line sales managers on a day-to-day basis on sales processes, approvals, and contract reviews.
- Integrates and evaluates third party data to ensure the most current information is being used in decision making processes.
- Improves sales process by developing strategies and playbooks for selling our products and services more effectively to new and existing customers.
- Progresses per market proposal management capabilities.
- Serves as right-hand to divisional VPs and Directors on special projects and initiatives.
- Maintains high-level of data integrity for accurate reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or related field
- 7+ years of previous sales operations experience.
- Experience using Salesforce for reporting and analysis
- B2B Software industry experience
