The Role:
As a Sales Operations professional, you will work within the Synopsys Software Integrity Group (SIG) and its Global Revenue Operations team to help enable the executive management to be more effective in driving sales against performance objectives. You will provide data that is accurate, congruent, and reliable, and ensure the information is easily available to users for direct consumption and integration with other systems.
Job Location: Remote, candidate must be located in the United States, preference given to candidate in EST
Responsibilities:
- Work with different teams to gather requirements, priorities, define key performance indicators (KPI)
- Design and document dashboards and reports either on a regular recurring basis or as needed
- Build an understanding of the business through dashboards and reports at a level of detail that enables the business to identify areas critical to the organization's strategy and performance.
- Drive quarterly business review process by providing data insights for performance evaluation and strategic planning
- Demonstrate creativity in problem solving in a complex and evolving organization.
- Research business problems and create models that help analyze these business problems
- Coordinate metrics with other teams in the division for consistency and correctness
- Provide supportive data and vital information in an organized, succinct, and concise manner
- Ad Hoc reporting and analysis
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years overall work experience in a business related function ideally within IT/Software Industry
- Minimum 3 years Sales Operations work experience in IT/Software Industry
- Comprehensive working knowledge and experience with Tableau (ex. built models)
- Working knowledge and experience with PowerBI is a nice to have.
