What are some things you learned at the company?

A highlight of my career at Aurora Solar is experiencing the value of teaming and celebration. By recognizing wins - like our tradition of sharing weekly rounds of kudos - we've created a culture of growth and support where everyone is encouraged to do their best. This energizes and elevates our people, while powering us to build what matters.

That, to me, is what makes Aurora Solar a truly special place to work at.
