We are looking for a hungry, self-driven, highly motivated business development rockstar to join our growing team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an (SDR) at Kaia Health, you are the front-line and first point of contact engaging our target market and you will work cross functionally to target, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for our organization.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Making data-driven decisions to increase leads, pipeline, and revenue
  • Qualifying leads from marketing opportunities, finding outbound strategic targeted clients, and building long-term, trusting relationships
  • Managing the prospect pipeline for an assigned Regional Vice President of Sales, tracking their opportunities, and strategizing with the broader Sales team
  • Managing cross functional relationships between Sales, Marketing and Business Operations to optimize outcomes
  • Engaging with potential clients to explain the value of partnering with Kaia and understand how it might align to their business objectives
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly sales goals
  • Leveraging marketing automation, CRM and digital marketing tools to create, send and measure emails, calls and other outreach to improve conversion rates and client success
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market.
  • Research, map and develop custom acquisition plans for each prospective client
  • Stays up-to-date with new digital therapeutics and chronic disease products.

What you need for this position:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years inside sales experience with proven track record of performance
  • High-energy, passion and curiosity for finding new opportunities and new channels to empower clients to learn about the power of digital therapeutics and how it can help their
  • Strong presentation skills, written and verbal communication. Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills.
  • Proven success in outbound sales efforts in prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to clients and increase pipeline and revenue. 
  • Motivated self-starter comfortable in a start-up environment with fast growth and change of pace
  • Experience in employee benefits/medical/ancillary/point solutions a huge+
  • Network with healthcare consultants a huge + .
  • General CRM knowledge, experience using Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and Apollo a huge+
  • Experience and passion for working on a cross-functional team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Interested in the healthcare industry
