We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to drive net new business revenues using strategic direction & a consultative approach. Combined with ongoing professional development, training and development of sales professionals and mentoring developing team members; We will build the recipe for long-term growth and success!

You will engage in and seek opportunities for success by doing the follow:

  • Lead new license sales revenue while maintaining an understanding of the LivePerson solution and its future development.
  • Work with sales Management, sales teams and partner management on the creation of specific opportunities.
  • Actively research developments internally and in the marketplace.
  • Develop and present internal sales training to the sales team.

You will successfully:

  • Build internal relationships and maintain an internal network of people who can support an opportunity and see the vision.
  • Partner with prospective and existing customers, both in support of the account owner or independently!
  • Attend and present at appropriate marketing events and key industry conferences while maintaining competitive awareness and LivePerson’s differentiators.
  • Architect new and custom solutions at scale, to set the vision for how our products will integrate into a customer’s infrastructure.
  • Continuous learning and growing.
  • Maintain an inquisitive mindset.

What we need from you to make our relationship a success!

  • 5 years as a sales professional preferably in a Technical Environment.
  • BA or BS Degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, AI or related field.
  • Effective written communication and presentation skills.
  • A specialist in market trends in eCommerce and other relevant technical areas!
  • Willing to travel 20% - 50%.
